- You agree that we will make 'best effort' to set your appointments at your chosen time but this cannot be guaranteed with precision.
- You agree that you are seeking services specifically for your personal well being, and not in connection with any research project either for publication or for private use.
- You agree that our service will be provided by various listeners who will vary in capacity, ability and professionalism. It is your responsibility to select a listener with whom you feel comfortable with.
- You agree that we do not provide a 24-hour emergency service. You agree to identify appropriate services in your local area which will be able to provide emergency assistance, should it be required.
- You agree that we will not be held responsible for direct or consequential loss due to internet service failures or computer malfunction.
- You agree that we will not provide medical advice, counselling advice, or any other advice, professional or otherwise for the listening therapy.
- You agree to have considered alternatives to us, some of which include face-to-face counselling, speaking with a friend or family member, or doing nothing.
- You agree that our type of service is very new, still relatively young and as a result less well-researched than other delivery modalities.
- You agree there is no warranty as to the effectiveness of the service we provide, either expressed or implied.
This agreement shall be construed and governed in all respects in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and any dispute or differences in relation to this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.

- The therapists associated with us do not claim to have legally recognized qualifications or authority to be therapists or similar. We act as guides or navigators for those who choose to contact us out of concern for their own personal journey in pursuit of happiness, fulfilment and/or liberation.
- Our services has been designed and is provided for people in a state of normal mental and physical health and functioning, to help them to relax more deeply into awakening and Self-awareness.
